New Service Request

Welcome to the Cass Bates County PWSD 12 Community.  Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the New Service Application and Water Users Agreement to apply for service. We also require a copy of your drivers license and a deposit.  The deposit for a home owner is $200.  The deposit for a renter is $300. All paperwork must be filled out and and all deposits paid before service can begin.   Thank you and we look forward to serving your water needs.
